Leftovers are great!

I love leftovers!! I am home most days and when Scott's not here, I don't feel like making a big meal just for me. Leftovers are the perfect choice for lunch most days...unless Scott takes it to work.:) With there being only two of us here, there always seems to be leftovers with each supper that we make. Thank goodness for that, because this makes my lunch planning much easier!
