Chili in the crock pot

Scott really enjoys it when I make chili in the crock pot. He's been asking me for a while to make it one of these nights, so I decided to do that today. Making things like Chili in the crock pot is so nice. It's so easy, and then supper is ready whenever you're ready to eat. It's nice, especially during this time of year when Scott works late, because there's no certain time that we have to eat. The chili will just warm until we're ready to eat supper. I think he'll be pleasantly surprised when he gets home tonight and sees that I finally made it.
