Leftovers for Lunch

I really need to get something to eat for lunch before Kaelyn wakes up from her nap. I never know quite what to eat...but I'm thinking leftovers or something would be best. This is a quick choice for lunch and something that I can eat in time before Kaelyn is ready to wake up and eat again. I think meatloaf is what I will have!! Yum! Leftovers are the best aren't they?!?!!
