Yummy Supper

Last night Scott was in the mood for Enchiladas. He knows this is my favorite meal of all time...so of course I'm going to agree to helping him make it. It didn't take long, and soon we were sitting down to our yummy supper!! We ran out of the enchilada sauce that we can't seem to find anywhere else besides in the town where my parents live...so Scott went out searching for something similar. He found something that tasted a little different...but close enough to make it a very good meal! Yum!!
