Recall

As I was browsing the web the other day, I recently read a web release that Mark and Associates, P.C. have filed a lawsuit for a man who wants justice against Medtronic Inc. He received 19 unnecessary shocks and the Sprint Fidelis lead fractured. This means that a new implantation of a defibrillator had to be put in. You can learn more about the recall about Medtronic Sprint Fidelis defibrillator leads on their site.... http://www.medtronicsprintfidelis.com. I checked it out and really learned a lot about this story that I had initially learned very little about. Take a look today and see what you think about this Medtronic defibrillator lead recall and law suit.

Bouncy Seat

Kaelyn sure loves her bouncy seat. It's something that she has enjoyed since she was just a newborn, and loves it even more now that she can grab at the toys and watch the lights. We had gotten a bouncy seat at our baby shower, but found that she enjoyed this one of my parents better...so they let us borrow it when they don't need it at their house. That's sure nice of them...it's great to have something that she enjoys so much!

On a Schedule

Kaelyn just woke up from her nap, so I really should get to feeding her and thinking about what's for supper. It's nice to have her on more of a schedule now. When she naps I get much of my work done. Then when she wakes up, I know I have about an hour and a half until Scott comes home. It was harder when Kaelyn would nap and eat so sparatically.

Denver Magazine

I have some friends who live in Denver, Colorado and just love it. They have told me how much there is to do there, and how beautiful it is! I've been to Colorado, but not for a long enough period of time to soak in everything that they have to offer there. That's why I was happy to come across the Denver Magazine. This is a great resource for those looking to learn more about the city of Denver. You can learn about their local businesses, political and cultural buzz, museums, parks, etc. It's really quite interesting and something I am really interested in learning more about. I thought there may be others out there curious to learn more about Denver Colorado and all that it has to offer.

Busy Season

I'm glad tomorrow is Friday. I always enjoy when the weekends roll around, because that means Scott has a few days to spend with Kaelyn and I. We always have a good time...usually just hanging out and getting things done around the house. His busy season will be here before we know it...so we make the best of every weekend he is at home with us. Once busy season hits...he'll be working almost 24/7. I'm not looking forward to that...

Dr Phil Show

Sometimes I watch the Dr Phil and just shake my head at some of the people that are on it. Today there is an attorney that is defending someone who is trying to defend himself for pushing down a woman, and getting physical with a man who wanted to move his car. I think it's crazy that he can actually try defending himself when there is video evidence to prove what he did. I can barely watch it because he's so wrong in what he's saying!

Getting Tickets

Anyone who loves sports probably is aware that it can be quite difficult to get tickets to an NFL, MLB, NBA, or NHL game. If their not sold out already, you probably have found that it's just not that easy to find seats that you want. I know this has been the case for my husband who would love to get Miami Heat Tickets someday. I think when he's looking again, we'll try and go with Premium Seats USA. This is a great site that offers a huge selection of first-class tickets to not only sporting events, but also concerts and shows. He'll appreciate knowing that there is a place to find tickets that he can enjoy. I know I was!!

Watching the Temps

As I sit here and do some work on the computer, I find myself looking down at the temperature that I have conveniently located across the bottom of my screen. I smile every time I see it go up a degree...because this morning it started out at -2. Now it is at 9 degrees and hopefully continuing to climb it's way up. To many that may sound very cold, but to me...this is like summer temps when compared to the -20's that we've been having lately.

So Busy

When I first started staying at home...even before I had Kaelyn...I had this idea in my head that I would have so much time to get everything done. However, I quickly found out...especially after having her, that there is never enough time in a day to get everything done. Between Kaelyn, my online work, and the house...it's very difficult to get everything done. That's already though...I have just learned to take it a day at a time and not get stressed out about it.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is coming up, and that means many people will be out buying gifts for that special someone very soon. Whether it's chocolates, flowers, or fine lingerie, it seems like a very popular time of year to see people out and about shopping for those special gifts. I just can't believe that it's already that time of year and that Valentine's Day is almost here! Wow! Where does the time go?!

Alarm System

When Scott and I moved, one of the first things we talked about was how we thought it would be nice to have an alarm system of some sort. Recently he was talking about it again with me and told me about alarm system monitoring which makes it possible for someone to always monitor your alarm system, 24 hours a day. That's definitely something that I want to look into!! How about you?!?

Rehab Program

One thing I know about those who enter drug treatment programs is that they need to be ready to commit themselves completely to getting better. The one way to do this is to find the right treatment center for them. There's not a one-size-fits all program...and although overwhelming at times...it's important to search until you find the right one. If you or someone you know is looking for a rehab program....make sure that you do your research and find something that suits your needs best.

New TV

My husband has been wanting a big screen television for quite some time now. Once we have the money for it, I'm definitely going to start looking for something that we can both be happy with in our family room. I think that when we do get the television we're going to have to look into getting a tv lift cabinet. I think it would work out really well for us and would look great! What do you think? Have you ever thought about getting a tv lift cabinet?

AE Feldman Associates

I have often heard of people in the recruiting field before...but thought that they were only working to help the industries find quality candidates for the job available. Although this may be how many recruiters work, that's not the case for those who work for A.E. Feldman Associates, Inc. They are an executive search firm very committed to the recruiting field and helping both the industry find their job candidates, as well as the candidates to find the right job for them. I like how thye help both sides of the job equation. They have been providing their services since 1967 and are known for their knowledge of the fields they represent, as well as the experience that they have. Take a look at their site today and see what they can do for you!

Nice Weekend

What a nice weekend. My parents ended up coming up yesterday afternoon and spent the night. It was so nice to have them here. They got to see Kaelyn too which is always fun. She grows so quickly, that over just a couple of weeks they really could see a difference in her strength and even her appearance. We just hung out, watched a movie, ate, and mom and I went shopping for a bit. We had a nice time...too bad the weekend is already over.

Great Site

If you or someone you know is in need of things like canes, wheelchairs, grab bars...even rollators...then you definitely need to check out GoWheelchair. They're a site that I recently came across and the variety of supplies they offer to those who are disabled or handicapped is just amazing!! I was really impressed with their selection and their prices and I think you will be as well. Take a moment and check it out...you won't be sorry you did!

New CD

For Christmas Kaelyn got a Baby Einstein CD. At first I wasn't sure we'd use it much, but it really has some great lullabys and other music on it. We use it when she first lays down for nap and it really seems to relax her quite quickly. I'm sure glad she has it. I think we'll get much use out of it with her. She seems to really enjoy it and so do we!

DollarBlvd.com

Have you ever heard of DollarBlvd.com before? They are a site where you can go if you're looking for great refinancing rates. Maybe you're considering refinancing an adjustable or fixed rate on a mortgage? If so, then this site is the place for you. They will help you find the best rates at no obligation to you. IN looking at this site I'm really impressed with how user-friendly it is. Check it out today and learn more about your Florida Mortgage...you'll be very happy you did.

Friday!!

I'm always happy when it's Friday! Friday means that Scott is soon to be off work and home with us for the weekend. It's always nice when he's home so that he can spend time with Kaelyn and I. I know he enjoys it too. He doesn't mind going to work during the week...but he sure appreciates having his weekends off to spend with his family. Only a few more hours left and he'll be home. YEAH!

Elliptical Machines

I have used a lot of different exercise equipment and ellipticals by far are my personal favorite. I think you either like them or you don't....and I DEFINITELY do! In fact, now after having my daughter I don't have time to go and workout at the gym so we actually recently purchased an elliptical for our home. It's still difficult to find time to actually use it, but the few times that I have so far, I've absolutely loved it. Anyone, especially women, out there who is looking for a great piece of exercise equipment that will give you results...you should definitely look into buying an elliptical.

Dogsitting Very Soon

My parents are getting ready to go on a cruise in just a couple of weeks. They are so excited and I couldn't be more happy for them! They deserve to get away for a while and enjoy some warmth and relaxation. While they're away we're going to be dog sitting Zoe. Zoe has been here before and she's such a good dog. I'm more than happy to watch her. I'm looking forward to having her around actually...as she's great company!

So Cold!!

Today I had to bring Kaelyn to a doctor appointment. I was hoping that the weather was going to be a bit warmer because of that, but it wasn't. When I left the house I think it was 0 degrees or colder. Unfortunately there weren't any really close parking spots, so I had to carry her in from quite a distance. Thankfully I had her all bundled up and she was in her carrier all covered. I just wish it wasn't so bitter out...brrr!!

Credit Cards

In my opinion, One of the best credit card sites out there is CreditCardSearchEngine.com. They are the internet's longest running site for Online Credit Card comparison out there and very well known for the variety of cards and issuers that they offer. You can use this site to search, compare and apply for the different cards that you think would suit your situation best. So, if you're looking for a credit card that will help benefit you and are looking for leading card issuers like Bank of America or Visa, then this is the site for you. Check it out today.

So much fun!

Kaelyn has been growing so much lately. When we first brought her home she slept a lot. Now, she's up more and more each day. It's so much fun to play with her and interact with her more and more. I just love it!! She also beginning to want to do more things. She really enjoys playing in her Jumperoo and laying on her playmat. She even has been grabbing at toys and wanting to play with them. Isn't it something how the littlest things make our hearts skip a beat!:) I just love every moment I have with her...she's the best.

Junk Mail

I really enjoy having an e-mail address...e-mail is the absolute easiest way to communicate back and forth with people. However, I don't know about you, but my e-mail inbox is always full of junk mail! I really don't like this at all! I want to just be able to go in my e-mail and read the messages I've gotten from family and friends. I don't have time to sit there and delete all of that junk. It's actually forced me to open up another e-mail account for some of the work I do online. I really wish it wasn't an issue, but it is and it's so frustrating!

Insurance

One of the first things Scott and I looked into when buying a new home was home insurance. It wasn't something we'd ever had to deal with before, and to our surprise it was quite spendy. We are with a very good insurance company, but no matter where you go these days, homeowners insurance is not cheap. Oh, well, I guess it's like any other kind of insurance, it's better to have it than not. Right?!

Monex

I'm sure many of you have heard of Monex Deposit Company before. They are the leader when it comes to the investment of precious metals like gold and silver. You can purchase these precious metals through them and have them immediately delivered to you or somewhere safe like a bank or depository. Having been around for over 30 years, this is definitely a company that I trust doing business with. If you'd like to invest in gold or silver, definitely check out Monex today. They may be just the type of company you've been looking for, for all your investment needs!

Pictures

Lately I've been reading a lot about people who are concerned about putting their children's pictures on their blogs. It didn't used to be such a big deal...but more and more people are getting concerned about who might be getting their hands on these pictures once they're put out there on the world wide web. I guess I never really thought about it before, but it's definitely something I'm going to consider the next time I think about putting my daughter's picture on here.

Getting So Big!

Today we took our little girl to her two month appointment. She's getting so big...we can hardly believe she was born 10 weeks ago already. In just over a month she's grown 2 inches and gained over 2 lbs. People always tell you how quickly they grow...and boy are they right! We're trying to cherish every single moment and milestone because they go by in an instant!!

New Bed

My husband and I love our new adjustable beds. It's so nice to be able to be able to adjust our bed to our own comfort level. With the older more traditional beds it's not possible for people to adjust their mattress to their specific comfort level. I for one like to have the bed very very soft, while others might like it harder or raised a little at the head or foot of the bed. If you're looking for a new bed, definitely check out an adjustable bed today.

Natural Remedies

It seems there are many natural remedies out there for all kinds of things affecting both men and women of all ages. Recently, one of the newest things I heard about was progesterone creme being used to help relieve and prevent the symptoms of PMS and menopause. I guess it's a natural, safe and very affective way to help with natural occurring things in a woman's life. I don't know a whole lot about it yet, but plan on doing some further research to see what I think.
