Still Freezing outside

It's SOO cold outside still! I'm praying for nice weather next weekend when we move, because this weather is unbearable! It's miserable to even be out in. My husband went out to get some things this morning, and when he got back he was freezing cold. It's not even safe to be out in this kind of weather. With the wind chill, it's like 20 below!
